Key Switch Bypass
To eliminate the key jump the Red wire to the brown wire. The black to the black and white wire.Blue to the yellow wire
Wire Harness Bypass
wires (blk w/red & wht w/red) from the stator and plug them directly into CDI box (same color wires).
CDI wires (plug orange and black) Run orange wire to hot lead on coil and ground the black wire.
The black wire left on the CDI goes to a ground.
Make sure to run ground from engine to frame.
If you have an aftermarket Kill Switch- Run 1 lead to ground and other wire to hot lead on coil. Be careful not to run hot lead on coil to wire on killswitch that runs to the metal exposed part of the killswitch.

Standard Replacement Warranty
- Send your broken axle to Maximum RPM.
- After we receive your axle we will ship a replacement axle.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the returned axle and the replacement axle.
Rapid Replacement Warranty
- Call Maximum RPM to request a Rapid Replacement for your broken axle.
- For just $65 we will send a replacement axle out the same day along with a pre-paid shipping label for returing the broken axle to us.
- Simply accept the replacement axle, put your old axle in the same box, place the pre-paid shipping label on the box and drop the box at any FedEx drop off location.
- The old axle must be returned to Maximum RPM within 2 weeks or you will be charged for the full amount of the replacement axle.
Warranty valid for original owner only. Warranty registration must be filled out and sent in upon purchasing.
